Components of the Solution

The system is a client-server solution.

The server part is an API for processing requests from clients and partners. Also, on the server side, there are services that automatically add points in the background, synchronize data from the internal systems of the mobile operator, and manage subscriber parameters (based on Windows Server). Web services and direct HTTPS requests are used to communicate with partner systems.
The database of the system, which stores all information of subscribers and their points works on Oracle DBMS.
App is designed for configuration of content, system service settings, subscriber loyalty levels, as well as for solving incidents related to points accrual and receiving various reports. It uses access restriction using roles, has the ability to audit and log user actions. The solution can be integrated with Active Directory for centralized user management. The application is installed by system administrators and employees of Call-centers.
Client applications are available on Android and IOS mobile platforms. The client module is part of the “Subscriber Assistant” mobile application.
