The role of women in day to day activities cannot be underestimated. What is more important is the value that women bring to any endeavours that they are involved in. Nowadays the society gave an opportunity for women to explore their opportunities in all spheres of life and move forward in desired direction. Moreover, when all these initatives are supported by the government and such organizations like IT Park we can really see the difference in the way how women evolve their professional expertise and reach new horizons.

On March 11, 2023, Uzbekistan hosted an exhibition of women’s startups – organized by TUMARIS.TECH IT Park, with the support of USAID, Beeline, TBC Bank and Wonder Woman.The participation in such socially important event opened the mindset of all participants.We are happy that the role of women in IT sector is growing and we can see so many bright and talented ladies who are more than ready to benefit the industry.

Why this matter is so important, most probably it is because we need to cherish the individuality of the person and her willingness to improve lives of the society instead of creating the glass ceilings because of prejudice.
