Eugene Olevskiy was always distinguished by an encyclopedic mind, non-standard thinking, and innovativeness. He was more alive than all the living and always excited his surrounding with new projects and ideas. He had a great sense of humor and highly-valued friendship. With a wide range of in-depth knowledge in various fields, he implemented projects aimed at making people’s lives more comfortable and brought his ideas to realization. Despite all of his existing knowledge and experience, he continued to broaden his mind and plunge into new ideas. Eugene Olevskiy studied this subject thoroughly and never stopped self-improvement. He did a lot to export IT technologies from the Republic of Uzbekistan to the most developed countries. He was a pioneer in organizing distance learning and providing new services in the field of information technology.
