Eugene Olevskiy was born on February 20, 1953 in Vladikavkaz, the current Republic of North Ossetia-Alania. He graduated from school with a mathematical bias № 110 in Tashkent and later from Tashkent Polytechnic Institute – Faculty of Energy. His interests covered the entire spectrum of modern sciences and technologies – all types of energy, including green energy, all types of communications, IT technologies, programming, principles of production organization.

Persistent and unbending, he managed to withstand in severe circumstances and leave a bright mark both in his affairs and in the souls of his friends.

He passed away on November 22, 2022 in Tashkent. He will be remembered and his business as well as all his initiatives will be continued.
